


Got a pizza steel around a month ago and been making once a week. Never made dough before this. I tried dough guys and Charlie Anderson recipe, I like Charlie’s a little more.
Around 8 minutes at 550. I have a little better crust 3rd rack from top of oven. Slices get thrown under the broiler for a bit for a little extra color. I brush the crust with olive oil I have infusing with red pepper flakes.
I’ve also made same day dough where you replace half the water with beer and it’s pretty damn good lol.
