Healthy Sooji Pizza Recipe 🍕
Ingredients:
* 1 cup sooji (semolina)
* ½ cup curd (yogurt)
* ½ cup water (adjust as needed)
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* ¼ tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp oil
For the Topping:
* 100 g paneer, cubed
* ½ onion, chopped
* ½ capsicum, chopped
* 1 tbsp schezwan chutney
* 2 tbsp pizza sauce
* ¼ cup grated cheese (optional)
* italian seasonings & chili flakes
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix sooji, curd, water, salt, and black pepper. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
2. Toss paneer, onion, and capsicum with schezwan chutney and keep aside.
3. Add baking soda to the sooji batter and mix gently.
4. Grease a non-stick pan with oil and pour the batter to form a thick pizza base.
5. Cover and cook on low flame for 4–5 minutes.
6. Flip the base carefully.
7. Spread pizza sauce, add the paneer-veggie mixture, and top with cheese.
8. Sprinkle italian seasonings and chili flakes.
9. Cover and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts.
10. Slice and serve hot.
