Been making some pizzas at home for a couple years; our family does Friday pizza night traditions. I’m tempted to dig in my heels and get a pizza steel, but I know I’d need a peel as well, and money adds up quickly.
That being said, I’ve been using Publix pizza dough and some big ol’ pans in my oven at 430 degrees. Would love any feedback on if it would be worth it to get a pizza steel or steps to improve this process! I wanna get into making dough but with two little boys the time to learn seems daunting.

Look at cooking steels scratch’s Dan dent section hey usually have them on sale.
In terms of dough you’ll want a cheap food scale and peels can be like $15 bucks on the cheap.
Start up cost can be less than $100. Just get the stuff over time.
