Haha… So I managed to both perforate my dough with the turning peel (too aggressive) and also burn a side.
It's not the prettiest pizza, but it was one of the freshest best tasting pizzas I've ever had.
For the first ever homemade pizza, I'm proud!
Ordered some low moisture shredded mozzarella for my next bake.
