  1. The "nice color" seems to me just burned, I make my Pizza without burn marks on the bottom, but a nice light to dark brown finish. Yeah, my pizza oven can only do 350°C currently.

  2. I almost threw up when they described the flavor as "lactic" and the roadkill pizza is an abomination, honestly I don't want any kind of discard and anchovies at the same time in my pizza either 🤮😭🥹

  3. Heating the pizza steel for AN HOUR just seems crazy when making 1 or 2 pizzas.

Has anyone done home tests to see how long it genuinely takes to heat a normal thickness pizza steel through

  4. Nice to see some variations from the Neapolitan Pizza. I hate how chewey it gets once its luke warm tbh, I defo prefer the thin and crispy style.

I got myself a cheap ass Amazon pizza oven this year, its actually pretty decent for the price!
I missed making pizza, I used to have a pizzeria over a decade ago.

I'll probably treat myself to a gas one at some point though, they bake better from my experience.

  5. To avoid burning the bottom of the pizza they sell metal "grated" plates for the pizza oven
