Creamy Garlic Chicken Thigh Rigatoni

Ingredients
• 500 g boneless chicken thighs, diced
• 400 g rigatoni
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 300 ml heavy cream
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Method
1️⃣ Cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water and drain.
2️⃣ Season chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
5️⃣ Pour in the cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
6️⃣ Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
7️⃣ Add rigatoni and toss until coated in the creamy garlic sauce.
8️⃣ Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
9️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve.
