I started practicing making my own pizzas a little under a year ago. Got fed up with all of the big 3 chains and said “Fine. I’ll do it myself”. Been making pizza at least once a week consistently and have recently upgraded to cooking with a pizza steel. I feel like I’ve finally gotten a good grasp of the dough, sauce, and the process as a whole. I know I’m still far from perfect and still plenty of room for improvement but I’m at a point now where I can be proud of the ones I make. These are a few of my recent pizzas.
