Btw one trick I learned (if no one has issues with it) I boil ALL of my pasta in chicken stock, the powdered stuff from knorr that stuff is SO GOOD even as just a drink lol but all my pasta gets the extra seasoning of chicken water and it makes everything taste better
My mum used to add three rings of seasoned Tomato slices to the top of her Mac&cheese top. We would fight to get at it with our portion. Memories' Thanks mum x
I grew up in the south and it was always baked but apparently creamy also comfortable south so how about both? Lace a cream sauce and lightly and then layer pepper salt cheese layer pepper salt cheese etc. and bake.
Why can't it be both creamy AND have the baked top? Make your creamy mac and cheese (add sour cream or crema fresca to your sauce), then pan it and top it with fresh cheese and broil it
Honestly, I actually like both kinds of mac. Baked is good, creamy is good; the real villain here is that over-baked-to-the-point-of-being-bone-dry recipes, and even that is more because of whoever's making it.
@Jose.elcook Speaking of weddings… im getting married on July 4th and honestly it would be hilarious if you showed up and brought food for like 30 to 40 people lol
No offense, I really love the food you do, the attitude you do it with, but I would rather eat frog legs than Mac&cheese. Poor burger gets ruined by the proximity too

I’m sorry Creamy Mac but I’m with Baked Mac.
Creamy. Dry Mac & Cheese is like soggy cardboard.
Whoever assigned your job as the mac n cheese guy is totally underestimating your specific skill set!
I just like macaroni and cheese. So in no way do I care about whether it’s baked or creamy. I’ll happily eat either.

I've had both, but I'm a tiny bit partial to baked, especially if it has a crust on it.
Weres LuiseAyy
Bake a thin crispy one, then mix it into a sinfully creamy one. Fire
A good recipe executed well is all that matters. Baked or creamy. Love it. Love it. Love it!
BAKED BAKED BAKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But that do look good tho
Creamy all the way
Creamy baked who gives a shit how its cooked if it tastes good and fills the gut
Both, it's mac and cheese
I would have put the mac and cheese on my burger
Both, Both is good
I personally prefer baked just cos I absolutely love the crunchy crispy top stuff but I mean mac and cheese is mac and cheese if it's good it's GOOD
Creamy. Why are you crisping up the cheese on top you’re ruining it the POINT is that it’s a nice creamy sauce—

I like to do a compromise between the two. Make it creamy, but broil it with cheese and toppings gor that additional browning and texture
I'm a "never ate Mac & Cheese" kinda person.. gonna have to give me a plate to try >:D

I do not like mac and cheese
There has to be a middle ground between baked and creamy
I'm a MORE CHEESE typa person I'd like some macaroni with my cheese 🧀
Baked. But if it tastes good, I'll switch sides.
Creamy 😏
