



Dough Guy’s recipe for 16” regular pizza with molasses subbed for sugar! Topped supreme style with veggies & pepperoni. Approx 8min bake on a steel at 550f
I’ve never used diastatic malt powder but was hopping the malty molasses would have a similar rise & flavor since my pies have been a little flat and pale lately. Happy with the results! Light eggshell crispy crumb with good, fast browning.
The best crust I’ve made in a while and I’ll probably keep molasses in mind for doughs from now on lol
