16 oz (454g) fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
2 large chicken breasts 1 lb (~500g)
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Pinch paprika
1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter
Lemon Garlic Alfredo Sauce Ingredients
1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter
1 shallot, minced
6 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup (63ml) white wine
1 ½ cups (375ml) heavy cream
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup (100g) freshly grated parmesan cheese
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & black pepper
Pasta water (reserve 1 cup 250ml)
Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
Optional garnish: parsley
Serves 4 to 6
