After coming back from a holiday to Italy and having some incredible but simple food, I took the plunge and have invested in a good pasta machine and ravioli cutter. I made us ricotta mint and lemon stuffed ravioli with a mint , lemon and butter sauce with the pasta water. I’m so chuffed with how it turned out – worth the extra effort for sure!
