I am NOT a pizza expert. Iโ€™m pretty damn good at shaping and making, but am winging it as far as recipe goes. I used to make 18 inch hand tossed NY style pizzas and prided myself on them being PERFECTLY made. But the recipe was that of the storeโ€™s. So here I am like 12 years later just trying my best with my kitchen oven.
