This unusual Italian sweet wine with remarkable depth and charm is Tasting Manager Kevin Davy’s Wine Crush this week. Produced in northern Italy by Cantine Antonio Ferrari and Galliate, it is made from Primitivo grapes from Puglia, dried for concentration before long aging in cherry oak, Slovenian oak and concrete tanks.
