I posted this recipe over a year ago, but there are so many more of you now (yay!), so here it is again for you!

I just cannot stop preaching about how important it is to find a way to incorporate your favorite meals into your healthy lifestyle. I know that I have to, or there is no way it will truly be sustainable. I mean, let’s face it, I would just eat it anyway!

This type of recipe is what they mean when they say “there is no such thing as a cheat meal.” All real food is good to me, and I use all of the good stuff in this one! To make this classic Italian comfort food fit my nutrition plan a bit better, all I have to do is dial down the pasta and dial up the meatballs! …and who wouldn’t want an extra meatball?
