One of the most inspiring parts of cooking with Chef Phil was learning how he dehydrated olives, blended them up, and folded them into ricotta — such a simple but genius technique that adds incredible depth of flavor.

In this video I’ll show you how I created my own garden-inspired version at home using fresh seasonal ingredients and herbs.
