Heyyy, so when i was travelling in asia i get to know from locals that smelling eucalyptus/mentol can help with travel sickness and it helps me so much, i bought in pharmacy/drug store nasal inhaler with mentol and it is actually life saver! Mine is called "hap-čí" but that was bought in slovakia, for sure you have something similar in ukraine 🙂 hope this helps
