Have worked in a couple of pizza shops in London. Finally have been able to get an ooni and doing my own stuff on by terrace.
First pic is a Spanish tortilla inspired pie (Iโm spanish). Confit potatoes and onions with a whipped mascarpone base. No eggs here!
Second pic is a classic pep, American style.
