This was a heavy one. It was touch and go in the ooni because it was sticking to the screen😫
But in the end, we prevailed- and the result was so awesome- but for a pie as heavy as this you can have only 1, maybe 2 slices at the most
2 day fermented dough, my homemade mac n cheese, made some buffalo chicken bites using hooters breading, crispy bacon which i made in the air fryer (incredible way to cook bacon) and then, the pièce de résistance, my secret recipe creamy buffalo sauce drizzled on top (ok, it’s just normal buffalo sauce mixed with blue cheese dressing 🤷♂️😂)
