Ciao Pizza Afficionados,
Can anyone guide me to a good recipe book that teaches how to make authentic Italian Pizza at home using an electric oven? Plus, if it covers wood-fired, outdoor electric oven, etc.?
I've attached the first few Amazon recommendations for 4+ rating books and just what was visible above the fold.
Grazie/Tysm.

I’ve had good results learning from The Pizza Bible and making pizzas on a steel in my home oven, which is electric.
Just picked up Pizza Practice and it’s a great book so far. I like Beddia’s pizza book too, fun toppings and sauces.
I have a three or four of these. Off the top of my head I think The Elements of Pizza might be a good start for you. I haven’t actually flipped through them in a while though.
The pizza bible is also a solid start, that was the first one I ever bought
My personal favorite is the Pizza Czar by Anthony Falco, the pizza bible is truly a book full of every style, and lastly The Scarr’s Pizza Cookbook are my favorites.

Can’t go wrong with either of the Ken Forkish books.
Pizza Bible. Dude gives great recipes, theory, reasons for why stuff works.
Plus he’s the world pizza champion like 15 years. He knows his sh!t.
