Tried a detroit style. Oh yes..!
Brick cheese isn't available here so used what the store had on extra price.
I'm happy with the taste, and frico (even though it doesn't have that traditional burnt look)

I like Detroit style, but I’m from New York City.
Back when I lived in the city, i used to love Sicilian slices, which is kinda like this.
