Followed the pizza bible recipe for Detroit style dough but made more of a pan pizza. Topped it with some garlic oil and a seasoning blend I made like a copy cat pizza hut blend they put on their bread sticks. Had some left over dough so tried making some knots and they turned out pretty good. Love my Lloyd pans and baking steel!
