Why don’t they have cheese with seafood? Is there a reason they deny themselves the deliciousness? Edit: Google reckons it’s due to them not wanting the cheese to overpower the flavour of their fresh fish and seafood. Apparently there are some exceptions made for certain species that they feel are enhanced by pairing with cheese. So the real answer is their ingredients are so fresh and taste so good they don’t want to mask the flavour with cheese. Man that’s a problem I wish they had in my country too 😢
