  1. I have almost all of the same allergies as Zach: peppers, dairy, alcohol, sometimes gluten, a thousand more. Turns out it was all caused by endometriosis, and 1 year after surgery everything is going away entirely. So maybe Zach just needs to get his uterus scraped?

  2. As someone with a dairy allergy, it is the reason I learned to cook and then learned to love to cook. I love watching cooking videos for technique, but the recipes often are of little value because the ingredients become impossible to substitute without losing the essence of the dish. I've been waiting for videos like this where the entire science is addressed. Thank you, and maybe l, slightly, like twice a year, more of this.

  3. My mom’s allergic to bell peppers too!! It is so hard to find stuff for her to eat sometimes cause no one thinks about listing it as an ingredient. She specifically is allergic to the oils so it’s not a just pick it off sort of situation!!

  4. 3 Blankets, No Clothes is the newest interview show that is sweeping the internet!
    The interviewer is in a blanket, the guest is in a blanket and they sit together ON a blanket. Also, no clothes.

  5. Big food is my true enemy lol, I am allergic to dairy, eggs, nuts(except pecans and almonds), shellfish, and lentils. Often the suggested substitutes for one thing is just another one of my allergies🙃

  6. I recently tried a brand called VioLife sliced "cheese," it's so much better than Daiya's cheese. The thing I'm not happy about is the price😤😤😤

  7. Could we have the "secrets" to Tony's gluten free tortillas please? Or someone else anywhere in the comments who's watching? I've tried so many different kinds, but would love to see how these ones taste, so many of them are dry, or chalky, or completely tasteless. Thanks to anyone with a recipe or link to a recipe for me to try! (gluten free, soy free, yeast free would be great!)
    I LOVE that this is here, would love to see more "allergy free cooking" once in a while if you could GMK! 🙌

  9. having somebody take such careful consideration for your disabilities and restrictions is so intimate and vulnerable, just having somebody go 'oh you haven't eaten your favourite food? let's fix that' and give you a piece of your comfort and childhood nostalgia….. as another chronically ill person I love to see this

  11. 18:00 – well, if you vaxxed yer chickens (for salmonella, since they're already vaxxed for other stuff) you could not only enjoy lower rates of salmonella poisoning, but you could also free up some space in your fridge – unrefrigerated eggs!

  16. As another person that can’t have peppers, I almost assume anything that lists tomatoes also has peppers. I have been burned a few times by red sauces (marinara, pizza, etc…) that must have had red pepper flakes or something in them.😭

  17. The only vegan cheese I've ever found to be good were Gouda varieties. Make with that what you will lol

    Example, I have celiac disease. So a lot of things bothered me but it's because they were exacerbated by an unknown preexisting condition. I can have coffee now.

  21. yeah same I have so many food restrictions I can never eat out really why does everything have soy and cane sugar in it.if I want something that's gluten-free everything else I can't eat isn't it too🥲

  22. Bowl of spaghetti, glass of milk, canned green beans – the most common dinner I had in childhood. Though our canned green beans were canned by my mom from her garden each year.

  23. Hello! Worked in a microbiology laboratory lab for a few years. Yeast and bacteria (common in cheese making) can be pretty similar! And the human palette has developed for thousands of years to identify the good for you microbes. So them having a similar taste may be sort of like how different poultry is related. Thanks!
