🍝 Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Recipe
🧾 Ingredients (2 servings)
200g spaghetti
4–5 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
¼ cup olive oil (good quality)
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt (for pasta water)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook Pasta
Boil water with salt
Cook spaghetti until al dente
Save ½ cup pasta water before draining
2. Make Garlic Oil
Heat olive oil on low flame
Add sliced garlic → cook until light golden (don’t burn!)
Add chilli flakes
3. Combine
Add cooked pasta to the pan
Add a little pasta water (2–3 tbsp)
Toss well so sauce coats the pasta
4. Finish
Add chopped parsley
Optional: sprinkle Parmesan
