  2. So making sure the toast doesn't burn which a 5 year old can be taught is harder than making sure the shallots dont burn and the pastry doesnt burn in the oven . Got it

  3. As a vegetarian and former waiter in a 5* catering company, my bosses cooked mushroom pithivier as a vegetarian alternative in some of their main courses. My word did it taste fantastic!
