Just tried supposedly the best hidden gem in Gilroy, CA!
I’ve been wanted to check out Covale Taproom for a while now and I’m SO glad that I did! This spot is fantastic!
Amazing beers on tap, local wines, and OMG, the food! Highlights were their pepperoni, pizza, giant pretzel, Theo coffee bar in the mornings, and every single breakfast item! I cannot wait to come back to the spot.
