This is going to be the appetizer of summer 🍅🔥 Roasted Tomato Goat Cheese Dip (easy baked appetizer!)
All the cozy, melty vibes of the viral burrata dip… but with tangy goat cheese that gets warm, soft, and spreadable. This easy baked goat cheese dip is the perfect party appetizer – a little elevated, just as easy.
Creamy • crowd-pleasing • perfect appetizer
🛒 You’ll Need:
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes
• 4–6 oz goat cheese (I used Garlic & Herb!)
• 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning,
• 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
• Fresh basil
• Fresh Parmesan
• Baguette, sliced
• Butter, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning parm (for garlic butter)
🤌🏼How to Make:
• Preheat oven to 375°F
• Add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes to a baking dish
• Roast for 15-20 minutes until tomatoes begin to burst. Remove from oven and nestle the goat cheese right into the center.
• Return to oven for 7-10 minutes, until goat cheese is softened.
• While that bakes, slice baguette, spread with garlic butter (melted butter, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, parm), and toast 5–7 mins until golden.
• Finish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of fresh parm.
It’s creamy, jammy, tangy, and slightly sweet – basically impossible to stop eating. Save this one for your next dinner party or brunch! 🍞
