I have read or seen videos of people saying they keep the dough ball at room temperature for 2-3 hours before baking. For me that would be disastrous as my room temperature is 30 C right now. So, i keep them out for thirty to forty minutes or till the temperature of the dough ball reaches 22 C. What should be the ideal temperature of the dough to start stretching?

1) Spianata, Capsicum and Chives

2) BBQ Paneer, Peri peri Paneer and peppers

3) Bacon, Tomato and mushroom

4) Ham, onion and capsicum
