I think the best way to reheat slices is in a frying pan on the stovetop.

I usually have a “first pancake” pizza that comes out a little light. Next day, oven to 375°F, on a baking steel on the bottom shelf. 8-10 minutes, and it’s frustratingly good for leftover pizza.
