  1. Nice but still a lot of work outside, lot of mowing large amount of gras. Price is overrated and should be 480.000 (NOT 780.000 Euro)! No airco, no automated gate, no luxery kitchen and no veranda (shade). Very little heating, very small radiators and a not working open fireplace. Area around pool is very basic, no poolhouse, shower or toilet.
The living space of 140m² is always overated by italian properties. After recalculate this size it is mostly 70% or 80% of what is discribed in the ad! So 140m² will be only 98m² 🤔 But the sealings are nicely high.

  2. I am sure I recognize the decorators. They decorated the first of your homes that I saw in the city of Oria. I loved that one and love this one, too. Oh my.

  3. This was renovated by foreigners obviously.
Not a single bidet in any of the bathrooms. 😂😅😂😅
Other than that it is absolutely gorgeous. I could live there!

  4. Why on earth do people put huge cactus bushes in front of their property? I'm from Texas, here it's a nuisance.
Another question: this is a nice property, I think an Italian family should be living here. Or is it more suitable for foreigners for some reason?

  5. I agree with you – it's got to be the best (or joint tie first) house you've shown. It is exquisite. Judging from the size of the trees in the courtyard (and yes, coffee in the mornings there – utter bliss), it's been renovated quite recently, possibly to sell. It's obviously had a very good interior designer working on it, who has been able to allow the architecture to shine and not to dominate the whole with unnecessary flourishes. I think it really is a dream home. Yes, as pointed out below, the kitchen is small and there is no garage etc etc. It all depends on whether the harmony and beauty matter more, or the practical add ons. I think the only thing that would bother me is that the windows all seem to open inwards. In the kitchen I can imagine that I'd be forever bonking my head, which could prove annoying. I'm dismayed by the price. Not because I think it's overpriced but because Puglia is becoming out of my reach. And why is it that the best and most beautiful houses seem in or around Oria?

  6. I watch on TV, and to find out the price I have to take a photo of my TV and then go to my computer and look it up. So I don't bother. I may be interested if I knew the price. Please say what it is in the video.

  7. It is beautiful but it still need a few touches to make it less of a medieval jail.
Obviously the renovation was made by an USamerican or people fron the UK because there are not bidets in every bathrooms.
And open shelves in the kitchen are an absolute "NO"

  8. Wow, just wow!!! What a beautifully restored property! I would want the furnishings since they are perfect! I love the rustic outside and such beautiful ceilings! Thank you for sharing this amazing property!

  9. Incredible! I visited the Puglia region last year, and MUST go back! How amazing would it be to own something out there.

  10. Watching from Australia and wondering what the price would be for a property of this calibre? Just stunning

  11. How is heating organized in the cold days? I noticed a boiler in the tech room, however the question is what source of energy it uses?
