Another great turn out. Made 10 pies tonight. Didn't take as many pictures as I was trying to spend more time talking with folks. Getting really pumped about the crisp factor on the bakes lately. They're getting super close to where I want them to be.
My fiancée and I had a supreme for dinner. She hates olives so I left those off half the pie.
Had a lot of special requests tonight too for half and half etc. Or just plain cheese or pepperoni. I guess that's what it's like in the pizza biz though!
Made myself a Mezcal Mosquito for a night cap. 1 oz mezcal, 1 oz campari, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz ginger syrup. One of my goto fave cocktails at home.
Been a lot of fun interacting with everyone here on the pizza subreddit. Some of yall are wild 😂 (in a good way of course)
