That looks good but $7 for a slice is absolutely insane. A full 16" pie should never exceed $30 (I prefer to keep it to $20, luckily my favorite local shop does a $20 16") so if we count that $7 slice towards a full 8-slice 16" pizza that's a $56 dollar pie, hell nah.
This style of pizza is great when you first eat it. But it weighs heavy on the palate because of how rich it is without anything acidic or bright to cut through. At least that's always been my experience. You're done after one slice
