Is that mix if celery, carrots, onions and garlic called a sofritto, or is that something different? I learned recently that a Mirepoix was a mix of onion, carrot and celery, and someone told me adding garlic makes it a sofritto.
Oof that's a load of carbs! Kinda like the koshari, a famous dish in Egypt, all kinds of carbs in it (rice, pasta, chickpeas, lentils, onions, spicy tomato sauce) Yeah you're done after you eat that, plus the carb high really hits you, vision goes full HD!
