I remember Little Caesar talking about Little Caesars crazy calzonys. I was never really a fan of it because I prefer one or the other.
I have to say that is one ugly pizza calzone hybrid. They put too much cheese on there, they overcooked it because you can see the pepperoni is dry and the box is soaked with pepperoni grease which is kind of gross. I’m not sure if they actually used real cup and char pepperoni but they went overboard both with the amount and with the heat. Ditto with the parmesan cheese. Just clumps of it thrown on wherever.
We can’t see the undercarriage or cross-section so no comment on those.

I asked for it well done which is my preference but the undercarriage was nice and crispy. I tried to take a cross section but the cheese covered it up. There is no such thing as too.much cheese. You need a knife and fork for this one trust me it was super delicious.
