    • 2 cups water
    • 2 tbsp agar-agar powder (china grass powder) or 2 tbsp gelatin
    • 4–5 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
    • ½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)
    • Mixed fruits (cut small cubes):
    • strawberry
    • mango
    • kiwi
    • grapes
    • dragon fruit
    • apple (optional)

    ⚠️ Avoid pineapple & papaya with gelatin (they prevent setting unless cooked).

    Step-by-step process

    Step 1: Prepare fruits
    • Wash and cut fruits into small cubes.
    • Place them inside transparent cups.

    Step 2: Prepare clear jelly mixture
    • Heat 2 cups water in a pan.
    • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
    • Add agar-agar powder (or gelatin).
    • Stir continuously until fully dissolved.
    • Turn off heat.
    • Add vanilla essence (optional).

    Step 3: Pour jelly
    • Let mixture cool slightly (not too hot).
    • Pour gently into fruit-filled cups.

    Step 4: Set the jelly
    • Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
