🍝 White Sauce Pasta (Creamy & Easy Recipe)
🧂 Ingredients:
Pasta – 1 cup (penne or macaroni)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Maida (all-purpose flour) – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1½ cups
Garlic – 3–4 cloves (finely chopped)
Vegetables – capsicum, onion, sweet corn, carrot (optional)
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Oregano/Italian seasoning – ½ tsp
Chili flakes – ½ tsp (optional)
Salt – to taste
Cheese – 2 tbsp (grated, optional but recommended)
👩‍🍳 Steps:
Boil Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until soft (8–10 mins).
Drain and keep aside.
Prepare White Sauce
Heat butter in a pan.
Add chopped garlic, sauté for 1 min.
Add maida and cook for 1–2 mins (don’t brown it).
Add Milk
Slowly add milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook till sauce becomes thick and creamy.
Add Flavours
Add salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes.
Mix well.
Add Veggies & Pasta
Add sautéed vegetables (optional).
Add boiled pasta and mix well.
Add Cheese
Add grated cheese and mix until creamy.
