700g beef chunks

1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
1/2 green bell pepper (sliced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

Place the beef chunks in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning

In a bowl mix diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, bell peppers, and beef broth

Pour the mixture over the beef

Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender
