Always thought the last supper a was bread and wine. Since Jesus was humble. So why would Jesus want a lavish mean, as his last meal? This is just guessing anyways. You really can't be sure?
Needs whaaay more bread, and something you can dip it in, as dipping economically cheap bread into a flavored sauce/dip is practiced by the poor to this day. Imho

This means that the Passover meal did not have fermented, leavened wine involved, so not alcoholic
