Never get complacent while on site. After managing insurance as an underwriter for oil and gas for 4 years, the claims I saw always came from complacency or outright negligence, usually from people drinking/using drugs on the job. While staying sober while working obviously helps, ive seen guys get into accidents over the road blowing a stop sign that they have stopped at every day for 30 years ending up dead or crippled. The worst offender is a company man or foreman from another crew telling you or your crew something needs done in a way thats unsafe or cuts corners. If your job respects you, they will absolutely back you up telling that person nobody in your crew is going to do something unsafe or something unfamiliar that you do not have safety training on. The oilfield is always pumping, but delaying a few hours for something to be done the right and safe way is not going to be the end of the world. I recently saw a 20 year old die because he was atop a derrick trying to rush the job before a storm came in. The storm came and he fell with the derrick and died. Insurance covered his funeral costs and was under 50k all said and done because he had no true next of kin since he wasnt married. It was kind of sad that we considered that a "great claim.
I am glad to be out of insurance for the time being. Its soul sucking. I understand why people use insurance claims as meal tickets, because often injured people get fucking peanuts and are left crippled for life or dead.
Happy for you brother. For your future big goals and dreams you need your health! Cook on a steel or cast iron pan those nonsticks have crazy forever chemicals— but then again you’re exposed to some pretty nasty stuff anyways so your body might just tank it no prob lol.

Preach bro! Most good jobs are demanding but if you have a goal in mind or are working for your family, that’s the best motivator!

First thing you should do with that money is get rid of the nonstick bullshit.
Accident free all year is straight bullshit. Lies to get scores up and bonuses slightly higher.
