Come along as we visit one of Bangkok’s hottest new destinations, Emsphere, to try one of the most talked-about lasagnas in the city. It’s not the traditional layered style—but three perfect pinwheels. Could this really be better than Italy?

We head to Bianca at Emsphere in Bangkok, a beautiful Italian restaurant that’s getting attention not just for flavor—but for a completely different take on lasagna.

In this video, we take you inside Emsphere Bangkok and sit down at Bianca Italian Restaurant to try their signature lasagna—served as three perfectly rolled pinwheels instead of the classic layered version.

It’s a bold twist on a traditional Italian dish, with rich flavors, great texture, and a presentation that immediately stands out. But the real question is… does this modern version actually taste better than what you’d find in Italy?

We explore one of Bangkok’s newest luxury malls, Emsphere, part of the EM District, and discover a restaurant that might surprise a lot of people.

Is this the best lasagna in Bangkok? Or just a beautiful presentation?

We don’t rush travel — we experience it, and we bring you with us.

If you enjoy Bangkok food, Italian cuisine, or discovering unique dining experiences, this is one you won’t want to miss.

  1. Yes, it may be good. But it's flat. Lasagna has be thick in portion, looks like pizza. Guess it's a Thai version.
