I made the gnocchi today. My husband doesn't like peas so I substituted red and orange peppers plus added some leftover pork loin. I ended up dividing the recipe in half and even then froze 3/4 of the dough. Absolutely was our favorite new recipe to date! Delicious. Thanks Michael.

every time I watch Michael cut things it encourages me that I can take my time when cutting veggies. Sometimes I feel like if its not fast I'm not doing it right! I think I want to invest in a knife skills class soon!
