TIRAMISU’ That Tastes Like Italy | Classic Recipe with Mascarpone

๐ INGREDIENTS
โข 1 package of Pavesini Cookies
โข 500 g (17,637 oz) mascarpone
โข 100 g (3,5274 oz) chopped dark chocolate
โข 4 eggs
โข 120 g (4,23288 oz) granulated sugar
โข A pinch of salt
โข Coffee (pre-sweetened) to taste
โข 1 tablespoon rum
โข Unsweetened cocoa powder for garnish
๐จโ๐ณ METHOD
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Place the egg yolks in a bowl.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Add the mascarpone to the beaten egg whites and mix gently.
Add the beaten egg yolks and continue mixing until smooth.
Add the rum to the sweetened coffee.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of mascarpone cream.
Dip the Pavesini biscuits in the coffee and arrange them on top.
Add the chopped dark chocolate.
Repeat the layers until you finish with a layer of cream.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
After 3-4 hours, remove from the refrigerator and dust generously with bitter cocoa.
