You should of brushed the Tortilla with sauce,,then Cheese & Your Pepperoni & Mushroom & Broiled it with your oven rack on the lowest setting in the oven

A tortilla is a tortilla. Period. Not a tortilla shell. Even as a taco it's still just a tortilla only fried, if crunchy, heated up if a soft taco. No shell. 🙄
I like fried pepperoni and mustard sandwiches. Not the healthiest but tastes so good!
