  1. Overcooked the salmon. Get a thermoneter and cook to temp anout 145F. About 3 min on each side med hi heat. Rest.

  2. A chef didn't teach you to place the salmon in a cut up jug, remove the skin or cook that salmon to death. ๐Ÿ˜…

  3. IMO so much wrong with this video.
    1. Milk is a waste of time
    2. Throat punch for removing the skin.
    3. The jug is just stupid
    4. That 10 minutes of extra cooking = overcooked

  4. Why on EARTH would you remove the skin?! Also, that was not juicy salmon. That was super overcooked and essentially boiled salmon. If that's what you like, just eat canned salmon. It will be faster and cheaper. ๐Ÿ˜…
