This was our evening at Kobe Yuzaburō in the Kansai region.
A Wagyu Omakase course in Kobe built around Yuzaburō WAGYU, the trademarked Wagyu brand from the restaurant.
With more than 10 years of history, the restaurant offers a Wagyu course where different cuts are presented in multiple formats. The pacing feels relaxed, and the owner-chef, Miki San, always drives conversation between guests as the meal unfolds.
The course is priced at 18,800 yen, with drinks such as beer, highball, shochu, and soft drinks included. Wine is available separately.
After spending the day in Kobe, this felt like a natural way to close it out.
