Pizza Recipe

Crust:
– 200 g (1 5/8 cup) flour (here, whole wheat flour)
– 20 g (2 teaspoons) dry yeast (here, active)
– 10 g (1 tablespoon) sugar (here, brown sugar)
– 30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil (here, grape seed oil)
– a pinch of salt
Toppings (here):
– tomato juice
– oregano
– black olives
– cherry tomatoes
– whole kernel corn
– yellow pepper
– turkey breast ham
– onion
– mozzarella
etc.
Simple steps to follow:
1. Bowl: flour + yeast + sugar.
2. Let it stand for 30 minutes in a warm place.
3. Add salt and oil and mix well. Then knead.
4. Let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
5. Preheat the oven to 425 F (220 C).
6. Tray (10″ x 15″): half of the dough | tomato sauce + oregano | toppings.
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
8. Cut and enjoy ๐
