Wow that looks amazing! I like pork and I like to put garlic on mine too. I would imagine putting that wet paper on top holds the moisture in? I also like the veggie mix that you made I could probably eat that alone, definitely leftovers for sandwiches, yummy. Thanks for another great recipe hope you're doing well. 🤗💗
