  1. I tried this recipe. Pureeing the peas makes this savory dish taste strangely sweet. Not a favorite, but I like your pasta fagolli and lentil pasta quite a bit.

  2. Made this also, needed a little extra dalt for us because we didnt have pecorino. Blending enough of the peas is improtant also, althought its hard to measure properly when scooping out od the pot lol.
    Great recipe, easy. Hoping to make some eggplant dishes next

  3. My grandma used to make this a lot. Pasta con piselli. She said it was a peasant dish and you'd never see it in a restaurant.
