I went on a yoga retreat and the food was all designed by a nutritionist. One day we were told we were having pizza and after a week or so of shredded carrot and bean sprouts I was excited. The pizza was very good, about 3 inch square serving with a thin wholewheat crust, accompanied by piles of various salads. Wow, thatās apparently what your body needs and that is often very different to what we want to eat.
Soon the videos will just stop ā¦
Holy moly that a lot of food , looks good but are you worried about your health? And how your friends would feel if they lost you to a heart attack, media is a dangerous place especially if you want to change and do better for yourself, bad habits tend to find people easily due to depression and if you donāt clear up depression, youāre always gonna be stuck in the loop where all you feel is just eating to avoid whatever it is youāre feeling in the long run. It doesnāt help, but I feel if you really tried you can do it overcome anything in your way. Feel better about yourself yeah media tends to blow up things or over exaggerate on things, but when people actually see your health declining thatās a sign that maybe itās time to go to a new direction you may feel alone but youāre not alone again media media wants to support your health. I read a lot of comments and I donāt think they try to hurt you but try to educate you on the fact that youāre running out of time and time is a precious thing not to waste especially and you feel your loss and you have no place or no one to turn you on it. Thatās what groups are for being alone in your house is nice and all but after a while you get cabin fever after a while you sit there and wonder is this really my life itās depressing I think if you really tried you really could lose the weight travel if you want to be a little bit happier and thankful youāre alive more and more each day.

Those crazy puff are great for on the go. I love the drive thru window at little Cesarās. If I eat before I shop I buy fewer groceries. They are the only thing I buy at Little Caesars and I absolutely love love love them ššš

OMG I miss Little Caesar's. Around 2007 I remember I lost my job and no one was calling me for a new one…and I was SOOO broke. They had an order of about 8 BREADSTICKS for $2.17 cents and I LIVED on an order of bread daily from them for about a month! You are right they were LIFE SAVERS!
