  1. I adjusted Ooni’s recipe for 2 8×10 pizzas.
    480g bread flour
    356g water
    4g instant yeast
    14g fine sea salt

  2. Which jarred pizza sauce did you use? The sauce is the best part of the pizza for me so I'd have to make 3 lines one way and 3 lines across 😂

  3. No worries it's not "burnt" in those spots. Most likely it nice crusty caramelized cheese that melted to the edge, very delicious. Or possibly a nice char, again not burnt, given the color. Next time take a bite from that spot instead of probably eating around it, it's delicious 😋 but yeah, that came out pretty perfect 👌

  4. No need to remove the casing unless it’s plastic or something, if it’s just a normal casing your good and so t even worry about out it. Good job for your first try.

  5. Also if you can find Wisconsin brick cheese online use that over mozzarella, it’s definitely a sharper cheese but overall tastes a lot better.

  6. Next time try making the sauce on the stove top and then putting it on the pizza when it comes out of the oven.
